• A full day on the boat from 9am till 6pm
• There is a late night option till 11pm for those that wish to entertain after the conference and to see the river at night
• The boat can be either moored during your conference or will circumnavigate the river during your event
• Includes full dining or buffet meal themed with your conference as well as tea and coffee throughout the day
• Two full time crew and (optional chef) will welcome your guests onboard and can provide an additional speaker on the boat for your guests' s entertainment
• The boat can be divided into a main conference area with a circular table in the seating 12 people in addition to an informal
seating and eating area for another 12
• The package includes full access to our integral Conference Plasma screen, surround sound, integral lighting, Desktop PC,
Internet broadband access and Webcam facilities
• The package includes optional livery of the boat through internal display panels and the branding of the boat's sails with
your own company logo for the day.
